Renovations | 2016
This home is an epicurean's delight. The original layout of the kitchen, lounge and dining area was the product of years of add-ons and dysfunctional as a result. By completely demolishing the back of the original home, we had a blank canvas to create the client's dream kitchen for cooking up a feast and the ultimate area for entertaining.
The use of recycled Jarrah floorboards, high ceilings and decorative cornices create a seamless sense of flow from the original home to the new addition. Highlight windows allow northern light to flood the main room, and a large bi-fold door opening onto a decked alfresco create an even larger area for hosting dinner parties and events for a large numbers of guests.
