We never lock our clients into selecting every item for their home right at the beginning because we believe the design can continuously evolve as the home comes to life.
We prefer our clients to make decisions on elements like paint colours, tiles and fixtures when they can see how each room looks and feels as it is built. It is our flexibility during construction that sets us apart from most other builders.
Character Living works closely with a local design and drafting company that shares our passion for unique homes. We will happily arrange a meeting with our designer, however our clients are more than welcome to supply existing plans or engage other architects or drafts people to design their homes.
